Operion Systems LLC is a business automation company headquartered in Illinois. We build and operate custom automation infrastructure for small and mid-size businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide when you interact with our website or request to work with us.

What We Collect

We collect information you submit directly through our website forms. This includes:

• Name, email address, and phone number (optional)
• Business name, industry, and approximate annual revenue
• Description of operational pain points or business context you share with us
• Industry suggestion submissions from the Programs page

We do not collect any information automatically beyond what your browser sends to any standard web server (such as your IP address or browser type). We do not use tracking cookies, third-party ad scripts, or analytics platforms that monitor your behavior across the web.

How We Use It

The information you submit is used for one purpose: to determine whether there is a fit between your business and Operion, and to follow up with you accordingly.

• Discovery call submissions are reviewed to qualify the engagement before we confirm a call
• Program suggestion submissions are reviewed to evaluate industry fit for future program development
• Contact information is used to reach out to you directly by email or phone

We do not use your information for advertising, automated profiling, or any purpose outside of the direct relationship you initiated by submitting a form.

How We Store It

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a third-party database platform. Supabase stores data on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase's own privacy and security practices apply to data at the infrastructure level.

We do not store payment information. Payment processing, when applicable, is handled by a third-party processor and governed by their terms.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Period.

Your information may be accessed by the Supabase platform as part of data storage operations described above. No other third parties have access to your submission data.

SMS Communications

Operion Systems LLC uses SMS messaging as part of delivering automation services to clients. If you or your contacts receive SMS messages through an Operion-powered system, the following applies:

• Messages are only sent to individuals who have provided express consent to receive them through the client's intake or enrollment process
• Message frequency varies based on the automation configuration and the recipient's engagement with the system
• To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at support@operionsystems.com
• Mobile phone numbers collected or used through Operion systems are never sold, shared, or used for third-party marketing
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan

SMS services are delivered via Twilio, a third-party messaging platform. Twilio's own privacy and data practices apply at the carrier infrastructure level.

Your Rights

You can request that we delete any information we hold about you at any time. To do so, contact us using the form on our contact page or reach out directly to the operator you are in contact with. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.

If you are a resident of California or a jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, and portability of your personal data. We honor these requests on an individual basis.

Communications

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to Operion Systems LLC contacting you by email or phone to follow up on your request. We do not send marketing emails or add you to mailing lists without your explicit agreement.
