Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a third-party database platform. Supabase stores data on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase's own privacy and security practices apply to data at the infrastructure level.
We do not store payment information. Payment processing, when applicable, is handled by a third-party processor and governed by their terms.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Period.
Your information may be accessed by the Supabase platform as part of data storage operations described above. No other third parties have access to your submission data.
When you submit the contact form on this website and check the SMS consent box, you are opting in to receive text messages (SMS) from Operion Systems LLC. These messages relate to the request you submitted — confirming and scheduling your discovery call, sending appointment reminders, and replying to your inquiry. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text anyone who has not actively opted in. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Mobile information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected through Operion Systems are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. The only third party with access is Twilio, the messaging platform that delivers the texts on our behalf; Twilio's own privacy and data practices apply at the carrier infrastructure level. No mobile opt-in data is shared with any other third party for any purpose.
You can request that we delete any information we hold about you at any time. To do so, contact us using the form on our contact page or reach out directly to the operator you are in contact with. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.
